What To Do With Your Horseradish Leftovers
Horseradish

| about 15kg of fresh grated horseradish |
250g grated fresh horseradish
60ml water
60ml white wine vinegar
5g salt
 |

Mix the grated horseradish to the required consistency in a food processor.
Mix well all ingredients, add more liquid for a wetter mixture.
Store until further use in an airtight container, vacuum bag, freezer.
