Italian Traditions During a few months in summer I had the good fortune to work closely with one Stockholms highly successful Italian Restaurants "Panne Fresco" if was one of the few times that I have had a close working relationship with a fully functional Italian restaurant, not only was the food authentic, the staff were mostly Italian and the spoken language Italian as well as the food checks.

Affettati misti, mixed cold cuts prosciutto, mortadella, napoli & ventraccini salami together with olives, tapenade, truffle mayonnaise, pickled vegetables artichokes and smoked provola cheese, a great starter and favourite among the guests. |

Panne Frescos focus on authentic Italian products was an inspiration to see and work with, their dedication to Italy and its food culture shone through as a "this is the attitude and commitment needed" when opening an ethnic restaurant in a foreign country.
