Welcome to Glommens fish restaurant 

Glommens fish restaurant situated on the beach just around the corner from the local fishing harbour, about 5km north of Falkenberg, a food driven seafood restaurant with a Caribbean theme bubbling through the the local produce.

Here I am with my friend Bobo, I'm helping him with his Caribbean theme dinner, favourite dishes from his recently sold The Edge restaurant in St Lucia presented on the 2nd of July 2016.  

A three course dinner with an two appetisers.

Tuna ceviche with coconut and plantain chip served together with a chocolate and chilli fried pork fillet & tomat o colada sauce

Low temp duck breast with sesame bread stick and guava dressed salad

kingfish fillet wrapped in shrimp mousse, duxelles and spring roll pastry, served with passionfruit sauce and fennel escabeche

Red snapper with lentils rock lobster tail and baked oyster, sorrel sauce "hibiscus flower & mango

Beef tenderloin with grilled zucchini, coffee jus and sweet potato torte

Rosemary cheesecake with pink grapefruit glaze, fresh berries and green peppar jelly
