PreOpening New Job-March 2016

I've just started a new job, jumped on board with the Gothenburg's based PreOpening. PreOpening has just started an office in Stockholm but our assignments can be from anywhere, just now predominantly from Sweden but in the future from anywhere.

We work with hotel and restaurant concept development from both the property development. owners and drift perspective.

I'm part of a team of about 10, all of us have long and varied experience in the the hotel and restaurant branch, we work with CAD design through to personal challenges.

My roll will be part of PreOpening's business development team primarily focusing on kitchen development, executive chef coaching, hands on leadership & project openings,

I've got a couple of months introduction in front of me before really get my hands dirty.

Looking forward to many new challenges and new opportunities in the near future.
