We invited in Ireks bread to give us a new insight into bread options suitable for our Scandinavian guests, they took forward a great sortiment of traditional rye and dark bread as well as white and international loaves and loaves, gluten and lactose free alternative were also on show.
We used our breakfast buffet at Pasha Bay for the trial
As Pasha was open to our normal guests everybody got a treat with a great assortment from Ireks
It doesn't matter how good the bread is the toaster is always present
The Ireks bakers excelled with their decorative handwork
We all learnt how to make the bread in special training courses, so it should be showing up on our bread buffets soon
Great full corn rye with enough energy to keep going all day.
