A great pass around snack with a glass of bubbly on a balmy August night in Sweden
a normal pizza bottom exchanging tomato sauce for crème fraiche, topped with some lightly fried chanterelle mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, "use a mandolin" dill flowers, fresh thyme from the garden and goats cheese
Bake it in the oven like a normal pizza, our guests wanted more chanterelles
Cut it into cocktail portions and pass it around.
