Elite Hotel Marina Towers, Stockholm


I'm working for  a couple of months at Elite Hotel Marina Towers in Stockholm 



Marina Towers is situated right on the quay at in the tastefully renovated Kungsörnen flour mill, a great location with water and ferry access direct into central Stockholm.


The a la carte restaurant has a great little open kitchen, the restaurant spills out onto the boardwalk area weather permitting, the food is great predominantly Swedish with continental influences, lots of focus on quality of produce and presentation.

Today it was Arctic char fillet served with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes, the char fillets are topped with shrimps warmed in melted butter, a poached egg and a pile of fresh grated horseradish. 



Crème brulee, you can't beat it just indulge,
We serve ours with a salad of raw marinated new seasonal rhubarb and fresh churned rhubarb sorbet.


Organic pork belly
Slow roasted and caramelized with apple puree and mustard, served with home pickled vegetables and fried new potatoes in sticky seed mustard mayo.
These are just a few of the dishes on the new summer menu.
