Suddenly all the idea's for our summer restaurant concepts fall into place, all it took was a study visit and brainstorming at BBQ chili co. BBQ chili co call an unsuspecting warehouse in an average industrial estate just outside Stockholm home. Little would you know from the outside that the warehouse is hiding a real gem, fantastic Barbecue products, Spare ribs, baby back ribs, sauces, chicken, pulled pork ect. For lunch I had the Barbecue beef brisket with hot and smokey BBQ sauce, American brisket with BBQ chili's own beef rub, barbecued for 24 hours juicy, tender & packed full of flavor, I'm sure this will be a big favorite this summer.
