the view in to the kitchen pass

Looking into the hot pass at the new Clarion Sense Hotel, Kitchen & Table restaurant, there's still a lot of work to do, I've had three days here in Luleå its not as cold as I expected but then I haven't been out much. A great crew up here a real pleasure to be working with them and this project, the food looks exciting and full of flavor we'll be testing the menu's this week and have our first try outs later on in the week.
