Change of employment

Quality Hotel Friends, Friends Arena & I have parted ways, I'm currently between jobs and looking for a new challenge, I'll have to go a long way to find another work place bigger than Friends. During my last weeks we had our grand opening for Quality Friends Hotel, successfully linking together the arena and hotel. Three floors of kitchens, this was quickly followed by two football matches Sweden - Austria & Sweden-Germany, both were fantastic nights 5000-6000 plated and buffet meals on the match night, we could of had many more if we had the room for more guests. These three events were great learning nights and as it turned out a culmination of the past 14 or so months hard work. I'm looking forward to my next challenge and hopefully its interesting enough to write about.
